小麦秸秆-镁水泥复合保温砂浆配合比正交试验研究

摘要 针对普通水泥与小麦秸秆结合差的问题,采用镁水泥(MOC)为胶凝材料,玻化微珠为轻骨料,粉煤灰为掺和料,添加小麦秸秆、减水剂和其它外加剂制备保温砂浆。通过正交试验,研究了玻化微珠、小麦秸秆、粉煤灰、减水剂对保温砂浆抗压强度、干密度、导热系数和软化系数的影响。结果表明:小麦秸秆是影响保温砂浆抗压强度、干密度、导热系数和软化系数的主要因素,减水剂是次要因素;可以通过减少玻化微珠掺量,增加减水剂用量来提高秸秆掺量和保温砂浆性能;在砂浆中掺加秸秆提高了砂浆的保温性能、拓展了小麦秸秆的应用途径,利于环保。 Aim at the bad binding of ordinary cement and wheat straw, using magnesium oxychloride cement (MOC) as binding material,glazed hollow bead as lightweight aggregate,coal ash as admixture and adding wheat straw,water reducing agent and other admixtureprepared the insulation mortar. By orthogonal experlment, studying the influence of glazed hollow bead,wheat straw,coal ash and water reducing agent on the compressive strength,dry density, coefficient of heat conductivity and softening coefficient of MOC insulation mortar, The results show that the wheat straw is the key factor of influencing the compressive strength, dry density,coefficient of heat conductivity and softening coefficient of MOC insulation mortar, water reducing agent is the secondary factor, it can reduce the dosage of glazed hollow bead and increase the dosage of water reducing agent for increasing the content of straw and the performance of MOC insulation mortar.Adding straw in mortar can increase the insulation performance, expand the applica- tion approach and benefit environmental protection.
