摘要 利用复合相变材料(CPCM)的热效应控制磷酸镁水泥(MPC)的水化热,研究了CPCM掺量对磷酸镁水泥热稳定性、导热性能、水化放热、凝结时间等的影响。结果表明:CPCM对磷酸镁水泥水化热调控效果明显,能够降低水化放热,延缓反应的进行,降低内部温度和升温速率;CPCM的加入使MPC的导热系数减小,水化产物(MgKPO_4·6H_2O)热稳定性提高;CPCM与MPC的物理结合对其相变潜热、相变控温范围影响不大,MPC的吸热峰略有减小,保持了MPC体系的稳定。 A method for controlling the hydration heat of magnesium phosphate cement by thermal performance of composite phase change material (CPCM) was proposed. The thermal stability,thermal conductivity,hydration heat and other properties of magnesimn phosphate cement with different content of CPCM were analyzed by the preparation of CPCM. The results showed that the temperature control effect of CPCM in magnesium phosphate cement was obvious,which can reduce the hydration heat, delay the hydration reaction,reduce the internal temperature and heating rate. The thermal conductivity of MPC was reduced while the heat stability of hydration products (MgKPO4·6H2O) was enhanced because of the addition of CPCM. The physical combination of MPC and CPCM had little effect on the latent heat of phase transformation and the temperature range of the phase transition temperature,but reduced the heat absorption peak of MPC and kept the stabilization of MPC system.
