包壳型免烧结粉煤灰陶粒的制备及应用分析 被引量:2

摘要 以粉煤灰、普通硅酸盐水泥及其它添加剂为包裹料,发泡聚苯乙烯球粒为核芯,掺入一定量的界面改性剂,经配料、成球、自然养护等工艺,能够得到一种用灰量大、筒压强度高、堆积密度低的包壳型免烧结粉煤灰陶粒。以该自制陶粒为骨料,利用42.5级普通硅酸盐水泥为胶凝材料,辅以减水剂,制备出一种新型地铁轨道吸音板。试验分析了不同工况下隧道内隧道壁测点和道床测点的声压级效果。结果表明,在潮湿吸音板干燥后工况下降噪效果最佳,在干吸音板工况下降噪效果较差。对于隧道壁测点,吸音板对于250 Hz以上频段的降噪效果优于其它频段。 With fly ash,ordinary Portland cement and other additives for the package material,polystyrene spheres as core,the incorporation of a certain amount of interface modifier, through dosing,ball forming, natural curing process,shell type non-sintered fly ash eeramsite with mass ash,high cylinder pressure intensity, and low bulk density was obtained. Using the self-made ceramsite as aggregate,using 42.5 ordinary Portland cement as cementitious material,supplemented by water reducing agent, a new type of track sound-absorbing panels was prepared. The measure point and its sound pressure level effects on tunnel wall are measured under different conditions. Results show that under dry condition of sound-absorbing panels(wet and dry) noise reduction effect is the best while in dry sound-absorbing plate under the condition of noise reduction effect is poor. The noise reduction effect of sound-absorbing board above 250 Hz band is better than other band.
