"Demolition Method for Lowering Building Floor" Applied to High-Rise Building Demolition

"降层拆除法"是以小型挖掘机配备液压锤吊至高层建筑楼面进行机械拆除为主、人工风镐拆除为辅的高层建筑楼体拆除方法。待楼体拆除至机械能够在地面上进行作业后,再将小型挖掘机移走,采用大型挖掘机配备长臂液压剪为主、液压锤辅助在地面进行解体拆除。结合工程实际,介绍了其施工工艺及安全措施,达到了理想的效果,适用于场地狭窄、周边环境比较复杂,且对爆破拆除有限制的高层建筑楼体拆除工程项目。

＂Demolition method for lowering building floor＂ is a super building demolition method which is carried mainly by mechanical demolition using small excavators equipped with hydraulic hammers hung up to high-rise building floor, and subsidiarily by manual pneumatic pick. The small excavators will be removed after machinery can be operated on the ground, adopting large excavators equipped with long arm hydraulic shear as priority, auxiliary hydraulic hammer used for building demolition on the ground. Combined with the engineering practice, the construction technologies and safety measures have been introduced, the ideal effect has been achieved, which is suitable for engineering projects of high- rise building demolition with narrow space, complicated surrounding environment, and restriction on blasting demolition.
