On the background of the high-end residential project based on prefabricated concrete structure system, a kind of collaborative visual management technology for prefabricated building based on informationized control has been elaborated in detail in view of the project prefabricated component. The problems of cooperated-building parties＇ collaborative management in terms of prefabricated construction has been analyzed, the visualized collaboration management plan has been presented and put into practical application, which provides a good reference for informationized management for prefabricated building construction.
