摘要
随着现代煤化工的发展,粉煤气化装置不断向大型化发展,但由于单台气化炉处理能力的限制,目前都采用多台气化炉并联运行的方式来满足市场需求。以某采用4套航天炉粉煤加压气化装置的1 200 kt/a合成氨项目为例,对多套粉煤气化装置并联运行的设备布置进行了分析。4套粉煤气化装置的设备布置可采用联合框架并联布置方案,也可采用独立磨煤框架的布置方案,方案的取舍需因地制宜。
With progress of modern coal chemical industry, the pulverized coal gasification plant develops towards large-scale. Because of the limitation of processing capacity of single gasification plant, the method of parallel operation of multiple gasification plants is adopted to satisfy market demand at present. Taking a certain 1 200 kt/a ammonia project as an example, which uses 4 sets of HT- L pulverized coal pressurized gasification plants, an analysis is carried out of the equipment layout of multiple sets of pulverized coal gasification plants parallel-operated. The equipment arrangement of 4 sets of pulverized coal gasification plants can choose either united framework parallel arrangement scheme, or separated framework of coal-grinding unit scheme, local conditions must be taken into account in selecting scheme.
