摘要
介绍了水煤浆气化炉工艺烧嘴的雾化特点和雾化性能的判断方法。通过对影响工艺烧嘴物化性能的主要因素(介质流速、煤浆颗粒浓度、中心氧气占总氧比例)深入分析后,制定了优化和保障雾化性能的方法措施,力求达到优化生产工艺、提高工艺烧嘴雾化性能、延长工艺烧嘴和耐火砖使用周期的目的。
The judgment method of atomization characteristics and atomization property of process nozzle of coal-water slurry gasifier are introduced. After an in-depth analysis of main factors influencing the atomization property of process nozzle, such as flow speed of medium, particle concentration of coal-water slurry, ratio of oxygen of in center channel of the nozzle to total oxygen, solutions and measures of optimizing and ensuring atomization property are established, aiming at the goal of optimizing production process, improving atomization property of process nozzle, and prolonging use cycle of process nozzle and firebricks.
