摘要
近期,提倡预制全装配整体住宅工业化的建造模式(简称PC),被提到压倒一切建造工艺的高度,似乎只有PC才是唯一一条可行的工业化道路,现浇工艺被视作现场湿作业的落后工艺,是要被取缔的,这完全是个误解。进入21世纪建设时代,我国的建设量和建造技术已经有了突飞猛进的发展,尤其是现浇混凝土的模板制造技术、工厂混凝土搅拌技术、泵送混凝土技术都达到极高的水准。在当代商品住宅多样化、功能需求多元化的时代,灵活多变、快速施工、绿色减排的现浇工艺能较好地满足这种需要。
The construction mode of industrialized fabricated complete assembling housing (PC) is promoted recently and it was lifted to a height above all construction processes. It seems that PC is the only feasible way for industrialization, cast-in-situ technology is deemed as a backward process for onsite wet operation and would be banned, which is nothing less than a misunderstanding. Upon entering the construction times in the 21st century, China's construction amount and technologies were developed rapidly, of which the cast-in-situ concrete slab manufacturing technology, factory concrete mixing technology and concrete pumping technology have reached very high level. In contemporary times that the commodity housings are diversified and the functional requirements are pluralistic, the cast-in-situ technology with features of flexibility, fast constructing and emission reduction can meet these requirements.
