摘要 将氟原子引入药物分子中是药物改性的重要策略之一,有助于改善其物理化学特性。随着对氟化学、含氟基团的研究进展,含氟药物在临床治疗药物中占有相当的比重。概述近年来美国FDA批准上市的含氟药物的最新研究成果。 Introduction of fluorine-containing groups is an important strategy to alter the properties of chemical drugs.With advances in the study of fluorine chemistry and fluorine-containing groups,fluorine-containing drugs account for a considerable proportion of therapeutic drugs.This review outlines the recent advances in fluorinated drugs approved by FDA in the past five years.
