摘要
我国铁路经过快速大规模建设阶段后,确保铁路线路的质量,以保证运输任务的安全和高效完成成为目前我国工务管理面临的重要问题。面对复杂苛刻的工务养护条件,探索铁路线路单元质量均衡体系下的关键—管理单元划分的基本原则和方法。在现有技术条件和面向应用的思路下考察便于数据检测分析和质量控制,利于生产力布局等要求,形成管理单元划分的原则、方法及流程。结合某高铁实例验证划分方法的合理性、有效性和准确性,对新的工务管理模式进行探索。
The rapid and large-scale construction of railway challenges the railway maintenance management in ensuring the quality of rail line,the safety and high efficiency of transportation. Facing the complex and demanding maintenance management condition,this paper explores the basic principles and methods of the division of the management unit,which is the key to the railway line unit quality balance system. Under the existing technical conditions,this paper also addresses the application to facilitate data analysis,quality control and productivity distribution requirements,and establishes the principles,methods and processes related to the division of management units. With reference to a high speed railway,the rationality,validity and accuracy of the division methods are verified and new management models for maintenance management are explored.
