摘要
沟槽式卡箍由于其橡胶密封圈和卡箍采用特殊的密封结构设计,使得沟槽连接件具有良好的密封性。为了证明沟槽式卡箍结构的可靠性以及了解卡箍在工作时的应力分布,根据标准JB/T 4732—1995对沟槽式卡箍的强度进行了应力分析及评定。分析表明,沟槽式卡箍的结构能够满足设定压力下的强度要求,应力集中位置位于卡箍内侧的圆角处,通过对该部位的加强可以提高卡箍的整体强度和安全性。
The grooved couplings make the groove fittings with good sealing due to the special rubber sealing ring and design structure. In order to demonstrate the reliability of the structure of the groove couplings and stress distribution in the practical work, according to JB/T 4732-1995, the stress intensity of grooved couplings was experimented and analyzed. Through analysis, the results proved that the structure of groove coupling could meet the requirements of intensity under working pressure; the concentration area of stress was in the rounded corners of inner surface; the strength and reliability of coupling could be improved through the strengthening of that area.
