甘肃某金矿选矿试验研究

摘要 甘肃某金矿,金主要是以独立自然金,少量银金矿赋存,与黄铁矿、方铅矿、闪锌矿等硫化矿伴生。采用单一浮选的原则工艺流程就可以获得合格的金精矿,将原矿磨至-0.074 mm占75%,经两次粗选、一次扫选产出尾矿,两次精选产出金精矿的工艺流程。添加碳酸钠、丁基黄药和2~#油三种药剂。闭路试验获得了金精矿金品位178.85 g/t、金回收率93.95%的较好选矿指标。试验指标良好,为现场生产提供了技术依据。 Gold in a gold mine from Gansu Province was mainly independent native gold, with a small amount of silver gold associated with pyrite, galena and sphalerite. Qualified gold concentrate can be obtained by simple flotation process. The ore was ground to 75% -0.074 mm, followed with two stages of roughing, one scavenging, and two stages of concentrating. Sodium carbonate, butyl xanthate and pine oil were used in the flotation. Grade of the gold concentrate form closed circuit test was 178.85 g / t, with a recovery rate of 93.95%. This test index was good, which can provide the technical basis for the field production.
