钒酸铋可见光催化剂的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 BiVO_4作为一种非TiO_2基的半导体光催化剂,其禁带宽度较窄,为2.4 eV(单斜相),能在可见光区响应,因而受到了广泛的关注。到目前为止大部分的光催化剂只能在紫外光区域发挥作用,因此很有必要去开发在可见光区域发挥作用的新型光催化剂,以便于更好的利用太阳能资源。本文综述了一种新型非TiO_2基可见光照射下具有高效催化活性的光催化剂——BiVO_4,包括BiVO_4的可控合成和光催化活性以及提高BiVO_4光催化性能的主要方法。 Bismuth vanadate, as one of the non-titania-based visible-light-driven semiconductor photoeatalysts, has attracted much attention due to its narrow band gap of 2.4 eV (monoclinic phase)and responding to visible light.So far most of the photocatalysts can only function in ultraviolet band, it is necessary to develop new photocatalysts that can function at visible light band in order to exploit solar energy. A new type of non-titania-based photocatalyst, BiVO4, with high catalytic activity under visible light irradiation, was summarized, including the controllable synthesis of nano BiVO4, photocatalytic activity of BiVO4 and method to improve the photocatalytic performance of BiVO4.
