摘要
本文在除湿换热器技术研究的基础上,构建太阳能驱动的除湿空调实验系统,并在上海冬季工况下对该系统的加湿性能进行实验验证和分析。采用太阳能集热器制取的再生热水加热饱和干燥剂使其再生,干燥剂再生过程中解吸水分并释放到再生空气中,即实现环境空气的加湿升温。实验结果表明:当再生热水为42.0℃时,环境空气温度从12.1℃升高至31.2℃,系统的平均加湿量Dave为3.4 g/kg,热力性能系数COP_(th)为2.0左右。
The objective is to validate the humidifying performance of a solid desiccant coated heat exchanger (DCHE) cooling system in winter. The experimental setup is designed and built to test the humidifying performance. In this system, the heating water required in re- generation process is coming from the solar collector system. The saturated desiccant is regenerated by the heating water, at the same time the regeneration air is humidified and heated. Under the condition of the temperature of the heating water is 42.0 ℃, the temperature of the air increases from 12.1 ℃ to 31.2 ℃. The average moisture addition Dave is 3.4 g/kg. The thermal coefficient of performance COPth is about 2.0.
