摘要
根据高压直流输入场合的电火花线切割机床对脉冲电源的要求,提出了一种输入串联输出交错并联电流可调型的主电路拓扑结构,并设计了控制方案。该方案利用MCGS触摸屏作为显示器和输入设备,STM32F103ZET6为主控元件,通过RS 232协议进行串行通信,实现脉冲电源的数模混合控制。最后,研制一台原理样机,其实验结果证实了拓扑结构的有效性和控制系统的优良性能。
According to the requirement of wire-cut electric discharge machine for pulse power supply in the condition of high-voltage DC input, a main circuit topology structure with serial input, parallel output and adjustable current is proposed, and its control scheme was designed. The control scheme takes MCGS touch screen as the display and input devices, takes STM32F103ZET6 as the master control unit. The serial communication is performed throuth RS 232 protocol to realize the digital- analog mixed control of the pulse power supply. A principle prototype was developed. The experimental results verify that the to- pology structure is effective, and the performance of the control system is excellent.
