摘要 混频器是高频电路实验教学中的典型内容。针对传统实验室的不足,通过引用Multisim虚拟仿真技术,分析研究了模拟乘法器MC1496芯片构成的混频电路的性能。由于Multisim元件库中没有MC1496的模型,首先在创建MC1496芯片内部结构模型的基础上,设计了基于该模型的混频电路,并对其直流工作点、傅里叶变换、混频增益及1dB压缩电平等性能进行了仿真分析。结果表明,该电路模型能够客观地描述MC1496的基本特性,为运用该芯片完成各种功能电路的仿真研究奠定了基础,有效扩展了Multisim软件的使用范围,具有一定的借鉴意义。 The mixer circuit is a typical example in high frequency experimental teaching. For the deficiency of traditional laboratory, the paper analyzes the performance of the mixer circuit constituted by analog multiplier MC1496 by using Multisim simulation technology. Firstly, because there is no model ofMC1496 in Multisim component library, the paper builds up the chip internal structure and designs the mixer circuit based on it. Then it simulates and analyzes the mixer circuit performance, including static point, Fourier transform, the mixer gain analysis and ldB compression level. It is indicated in the result that the circuit model can objectively describe the basic character of MC 1496. In addition, it lays a foundation for using the chip to complete simulation analysis of various functional circuit and effectively expands Multisim's range of application. So it has certain reference significance.
