摘要
分析推动现代电网发展的因素和趋势,结合全球能源互联网发展要求,提出了建立平行电网的迫切性和必要性。基于社会物理信息系统及平行系统理论,首次提出了"平行电网"的概念,阐述了平行电网的理论、框架和技术。指出平行电网核心是构建与现实电网空间同构的虚拟电网空间,通过虚拟空间电网的计算实验,确定优化控制策略,引导现实空间电网系统运行,并使虚拟空间电网和现实电网空间平行执行、共同演化,实现对现实电网空间的控制、管理及时空推演。
The paper analyzed the factors and trends which promoted the development of modem power grid, and combined with the development of the Global Energy lnternet, it put forward the necessity and urgency of setting up a parallel grid. This paper put forward the concept of"parallel grid" for the first time, which is based on CPSS and ACP. It described the ory, framework, technology for parallel grid, and then discussed content and technique of parallel grid. It was pointed out that the core of parallel grid is to build a virtual grid space which is structured with reality grid space. Through computational experiments on the virtual space grid, it determined the optimal control strategy, and guided the operation of the realistic space grid system. After that, virtual space and realistic space grid will parallel execution. The methods will achieve the control, management and spatial reasoning for the realistic space grid.
