摘要
为减少燃气输差,提出了一种基于多个涡轮流量计组合的宽量程燃气计量方法和燃气表切换测量原则,以满足全量程范围内的高测量精度,同时开展了全量程范围内计量特性的实验研究。研究表明,通过合理的仪表选型和切换区间参数设计、控制策略,该方法可满足宽量程燃气计量的高精度测量要求,且燃气表切换过程中压力波动小。
For reducing the transmission error of gas, this paper proposes a wide range gas flowmeter method basing on the multiple turbine meter combination and the gas meter switching measurement's principle, in order to meet the high accuracy in the whole range, at the same time, experimental study is carried out in the whole range of metrological characteristics. The results show that: through the reasonable instrument selection and switching interval parameter design, changeable control strategy can meet high precision measurement demands on the wide range flow meter gas meter, and the pressure fluctuation is small during gas meter switching.
