摘要
目的探讨血清中肺炎支原体抗体(MP-Ab)以及超敏c-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)在小儿肺炎支原体肺炎(MPP)早期诊断中的临床应用价值。方法选取62例MPP患儿为MPP组,同期抽取54例上呼吸道感染或支气管炎患儿为非MPP组,50例健康儿童为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测受检儿童血清中MP—IgM;采用免疫散射比浊法检测血清hs-CRP水平,并对各组进行观察和比较。结果MPP组患儿的血清MP—IgM和hs—CRP水平明显高于非MPP组和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);MPP组经有效治疗后血清MP-IgM和hs—CRP水平明显降低。结论肺炎支原体感染早期患儿血清MP—IgM和hs—CRP水平明显升高,联合检测血清MP-IgM和hs—CRP水平对早期诊断小儿MPP有十分重要的临床应用价值。
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of MP-Ab and hs-CRP in early diagnosis of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia (MPP) in children. Methods Sixty-two children with MPP were selected as MPP group, 54 cases with inflammation or bronchitis were selected as non-MP group, and 50 cases of healthy children were selected as control group. The levels of MP-IgM and hs- CRP were detected. Results The levels of MP-IgM and hs-CRP of MPP group were significantly higher than those of non-MP group and control group(P 〈0. 01 ). With the effictive treatment, the levels of MP- IgM and hs-CRP of MPP group reduced significantly. Conclusions With the high levels of MP-IgM and hs-CRP in children with MPP, combined detection of MP-IgM and hs-CRP will exert vital significance in the early diagnosis of MPP.
