运用法治方式培育青少年的核心价值观

思想观念的问题不能单纯依靠思想教育的方式去解决。法律具有思想内涵,对价值观念具有引导作用。法治方式在培育青少年的核心价值观方面,发挥着特殊作用。法律与道德的密切关系、国家政策的明确规定、国际上的普遍做法,为我国运用法治方式培育青少年的核心价值观提供了充分依据。运用法治方式培育青少年的核心价值观,主要路径是在法律制定、法律实施、法治教育和依法治理中,体现核心价值观的理念、融入核心价值观的内容、保障核心价值观的践行。规则是法律的基础,守规则是守法的开始,因此,培育青少年的规则意识是以法治方式塑造青少年核心价值观的前提条件。

Issues of ideology cannot just be solved by ideological education.Law has profound spiritual senses,which could guide conceptions and values.The rule of law plays a special role in cultivating core values of the youth and children.The close connection between law and morality,along with the clear provisions of national policy and the international practice,provides a sufficient basis for cultivating core values of the youth and children in a legal way.The legal approach of cultivating core values of the youth and children is to integrate the conceptions and the contents of core values into and to safeguard the practice during the process of law-making,law enforcement,legal education and the rule of law.Rules are the foundation of the law and to obey the rules is the first step to obey the law.Therefore,shaping the core values of the youth and children in the legal way is the precondition of cultivating their consciousness of obeying rules.
