生物炭对采煤塌陷复垦区土壤养分与酶活性的影响 被引量:10

摘要 为探究采煤塌陷复垦区贫瘠土壤的培肥措施,采用盆栽试验,研究了秸秆生物炭与有机肥对复垦区土壤养分与酶活性的影响。结果表明,短期试验周期内,生物炭与有机肥施用对土壤p H值影响不显著。土壤有机碳质量分数随生物炭和有机肥用量的增加而增加,但二者对土壤有机碳的提升无显著差别。生物炭在增强土壤保水力、促进速效钾养分释放与提高碱性磷酸酶和过氧化氢酶活性方面优于有机肥,而在刺激速效氮和速效磷养分释放以及提高脲酶和蔗糖酶活性方面弱于有机肥。 A pot experiment was conducted to research the effect of the biochar and manure on soil nutrient and enzyme activity, and explore the fertilizer measures of poor soil from coal mining subsidence reclamation area. The results showed that the biochar and manure application did not significantly affect soil pH value during short experiment period. Soil organic carbon content increased with the biochar and manure application increase. And the increment from biochar and mannure was not significant. These abilities of the biochar holding soil water, ac- celeration available potassium release, promotion alkaline phosphatase and catalase activity were better than those from the manure. But those aspects of biochar stimulating available nitrogen, available phosphorus release, adding urease and sucrase activity were weaker than those from the manure.
