腹腔镜联合宫腔镜治疗不孕不育症的效果研究

Study on the Effect of Laparoscope Combined with Hysteroscope in the Treatment of Sterility and Infertility

目的探讨宫腔镜和腹腔镜联合疗法在不孕不育症治疗中的应用价值。方法选取我院2014年3月至2015年4月收治的80例不孕不育患者为研究对象,随机均分为两组,对照组行传统开腹手术,观察组行宫腔镜和腹腔镜联合手术,比较两组的疗效。结果观察组的治疗有效率为92.5%、妊娠率为77.5%、分娩率为72.5%,对照组的治疗有效率为75.0%、妊娠率为55.0%、分娩率为50.0%,以上指标组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组的手术及预后指标比较,观察组显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在不孕不育症的治疗中,宫腔镜和腹腔镜联合手术能够显著提高妊娠率和分娩率,改善患者的预后,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application value of hysteroscope combined with laparoscope in the treatment of sterility and infertility. Methods A total of 80 cases of sterility and infertility patients treated in our hospital from March 2014 to April 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups equally. The control group received traditional laparotomy, while the observation group received hysteroscope combined with laparoscope surgery. The curative effects of two groups were compared. Results The effective rate, pregnancy rate and delivery rate of observation group were 92.5%, 77.5% and 72.5% respectively, significantly higher than 75.0%, 55.0% and 50.0% of control group, respectively （all P 〈0.05）. The observation group was superior to the control group in the surgical and prognostic indicators （all P〈0.05）. Conclusions In sterility and infertility treatment, combined surgery ofhysteroscope with laparoscope can greatly improve the rates of pregnancy and delivery, and improve the prognosis of patients, which is worthy of popularization.
