附着龈重建术在口腔种植修复中的可行性分析

Analysis on the Feasibility of Attached Gingiva Reconstruction in Oral Implant Repair

目的分析附着龈重建术在口腔种植修复中的可行性。方法 84例接受口腔修复术患者根据入院时间顺序随机分为两组各42例,均对牙龈进行处理4周之后进行种牙修复,两组对牙龈采用不同的处理方式:对照组进行常规牙龈缝合,实验组进行附着龈重建术处理。记录并比较两组患者入院时、术后4周、术后6个月的附着龈宽度,以及入院时、术后6个月的出血指数(bleeding index,BI)、改良菌斑指数(modified plaque index,m PI)。结果所有患者术后4周、术后6个月的附着龈宽度均大于入院时,实验组术后4周、术后6个月的附着龈宽度均大于对照组。术后6个月m PI评价结果中,实验组0级、3级百分率均显著优于对照组;BI评价结果中,实验组0级百分率显著高于对照组。结论口腔种植修复术患者采用附着龈重建术安全可行、操作简单,值得推广。

Objective To analyze the feasibility of attached gingiva reconstruction in oral implant repair. Methods A total of 84 patients with oral implant repair were randomly divided into two groups, with 42 cases in each group. All cases received dental restoration 4 weeks after treatment of gingiva. The control group received conventional gun suture, while the experimental group was given attached gingiva reconstruction. At admission, and 4 weeks and 6 months after surgery, the width of attachment gingival was recorded and compared. At admission and 6 months after surgery, the bleeding index （BI） and modified plaque index （mPI） were recorded and compared between two groups. Results 4 weeks and 6 months after surgery, both groups had significantly larger width of attachment gingival compared with that at admission, and the width of attachment gingival of experimental group was significantly larger than that of control group. 6 months after surgery, the mPI evaluation showed that the percentage of stage 0 of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group, and the percentage of stage 3 was significantly lower than that of control group; The BI evaluation showed that the percentage of stage 0 of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group. Conclusions Attached gingiva reconstruction for patients with oral implant repair is safe and feasible, which has the advantage of simplify of operation and is worthy of promotion.
