红霉素与阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床研究

Clinical Research of Erythromycin Combined with Azithromycin for the Treatment of Pediatric Mycoplasma Pneumoniae Pneumonia

目的分析红霉素联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床效果。方法选择我院2013年12月至2015年12月收治的106例小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患儿,按照随机数字法分为两组。对照组患儿单纯接受阿奇霉素治疗,观察组患儿给予红霉素联合阿奇霉素序贯治疗。观察比较两组患儿的治疗效果、临床症状改善时间及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组患儿的治疗总有效率为94.34%,显著高于对照组的71.70%(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的退热时间、止咳时间及肺部啰音消失时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患儿的不良反应发生率为5.66%,显著低于对照组的22.64%(P<0.05)。结论红霉素联合阿奇霉素序贯治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的效果较好,能快速改善患儿的临床症状,安全有效,值得临床推广。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of erythromycin combined with azithromycin for the treatment of pediatric mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. Methods A total of 106 cases of children with myeoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to our hospital from December 2013 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups equally. The control group was treated with azithromycin, while the observation group was given sequential therapy with erythromycin combined with azithromycin. The curative effect, time for improvement of clinical symptoms, and adverse reactions were observed and compared between two groups. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 94.34%, significantly higher than 71.70% of control group （P 〈0.05）. The course of pyretolysis, course of antitussis, and disappearance time of pulmonary moist rales of observation group were significantly shorter than those of control group （P〈0.05）. The incidence of adverse reactions of observation group was 5.66%, significantly lower than 22.64% of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusions Erythromycin combined with azithromycin has significant curative effect and safety for the treatment of pediatric mycoplasma p ne umoniae pneumonia, which can quickly improve children＇s clinical symptoms, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
