MIPPO与IMN技术治疗开放性C2型胫骨骨折的临床对比观察 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究MIPPO与IMN技术治疗开放性C2型胫骨骨折的临床效果。方法选择我院2012年1月至2014年12月收治的80例开放性C2型胫骨骨折患者,根据治疗方式不同分为两组。对照组40例采用IMN技术治疗,实验组40例采用MIPPO技术治疗。比较两组患者的手术时间、骨折愈合时间、治疗效果及术后并发生发生率。结果两组患者的手术时间、骨折愈合时间比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);对照组患者的治疗有效率(90.0%)与实验组(95.0%)比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05);对照组患者的并发症发生率(7.5%)与实验组(12.5%)比较,无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论采用MIPPO与IMN技术治疗开放性C2型胫骨骨折效果明显,均可有效促进术后骨折愈合。 Objective To study the clinical effects of minimally invasive percntaneous plate osteosynthesis (MIPPO) and intramedullary nail (IMN) in treatment of open C2 tibial fracture. Methods 80 cases of patients with open C2 tibial fracture admitted to our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 were divided into control group (n = 40) and experimental group (n = 40) according to treatment methods. The control group was given the treatment of IMN and the experimental group was given the treatment of MIPPO. The operation time, fracture healing time, clinical efficacy and the incidence of postoperative complications of two groups were compared. Results No statistical difference was found between two groups in the fracture healing time (P〉0.05). The effective rates of control group (90.0%) and experimental group (95.0%) had no statistically significant difference (P 〉0.05). The incidences of complications of control group (7.5%) and experimental group (12.5%) had no statistically significant difference (P〉0.05). Conclusions Both MIPPO and IMN in the treatment of open C2 tibial fracture have significant clinical efficacy, which are able to effectively promote postoperative fracture healing.
