负荷深呼吸训练联合妥洛特罗贴剂治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的疗效分析

Curative Effect of Pressure Breathing Training Combined with Tulobuterol Patch for Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease

目的探讨负荷深呼吸训练联合妥洛特罗贴剂对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者的治疗效果。方法选取我院收治的60例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为两组各30例。对照组仅给予妥洛特罗贴剂治疗(2 mg/贴),观察组则在此基础上加用负荷深呼吸训练,疗程均为6个月。治疗前后测量患者的肺功能指标:一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)和一秒用力呼气容积与用力肺活量比值(FEV1/FVC),以及生存质量。结果两组治疗后的FEV1、FVC和FEV1/FVC均优于治疗前(P<0.05),生存质量中的日常工作能力、社会活动、抑郁、焦虑状况评分均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后观察组以上指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论负荷深呼吸训练联合妥洛特罗贴剂治疗能有效改善COPD患者的肺功能和生存质量,有助于患者的康复,是理想的治疗手段。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of pressure breathing training combined with tulobuterol patch in the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）. Methods A total of 60 patients with COPD were randomly divided into two groups, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given tulobuterol patch （2 mg/paste）, while the observation group was given tulobuterol patch combined with pressure breathing training. The treatment course was 6 months. Before and after therapy, the pulmonary function indicators （FEV1, FVC and FEV1/FVC） and survival quality were observed. Results After therapy, the pulmonary function indicators including FEV1, FVC and FEV1/FVC of both groups were significantly better than those before therapy （P 〈0.05）, and the scores of work capacity, social activity, depression and anxiety disorders of both groups decreased significantly （P 〈0.05）. After therapy, all the indicators above of observation group were significantly better than those of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Pressure breathing training combined with tulobuterol patch for the treatment of COPD patients can effectively improve lung function and survival quality, and help to patients＇ recovery, which is an ideal curative method.
