改良电痉挛疗法结合心理治疗对精神分裂症的效果分析

Effect of Modified Electroconvulsive Therapy Combined with Psychotherapy for the Treatment of Schizophrenia

目的探讨改良电痉挛治疗联合心理治疗对精神分裂症患者的临床效果。方法选择我院2015年1月至2015年12月收治的精神分裂症患者620例,随机分为两组各310例,对照组采用无抽搐电休克疗法进行治疗,观察组在对照组治疗方案的基础上,给予患者心理治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果 1与治疗前相比,两组治疗后的PANSS评分均显著下降(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的PANSS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。2与治疗前相比,两组治疗后的SDSS评分均显著下降(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的SDSS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论改良电痉挛治疗结合心理治疗对精神分裂症有显著的临床效果,有利于改善患者的临床症状,纠正其社会功能缺陷,值得临床广泛应用以及推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified electroconvulsive therapy combined with psychotherapy for the treatment of schizophrenia. Methods A total of 620 cases of patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups equally. The control group was given modified electroconvulsive therapy, while the observation group was given modified electroconvulsive therapy combined with psychotherapy. The curative effects of two groups were compared. Results After therapy, the PANSS scores and SDSS scores of two groups decreased significantly compared with those before therapy （P〈0.05）. After therapy, the PANSS score and SDSS score of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Modified electroconvulsive therapy combined with psychotherapy has significant clinical effect for the treatment of schizophrenia, which can help to improve patients＇ clinical symptoms, and correct patients＇ social function defect. It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
