粘连性中耳炎应用耳屏软骨鼓室成形术治疗的疗效探讨

Curative Effect of Tragus Cartilage Tympanoplasty for the Treatment of Adhesive Otitis Media

目的探讨粘连性中耳炎应用耳屏软骨鼓室成形术治疗的疗效。方法随机选取2013年5月至2015年6月我院收治的粘连性中耳炎患者100例为研究对象,随机分为两组各50例,对照组采用红外线疗法,观察组采用耳屏软骨鼓室成形术,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果观察组的总有效率为96.0%,显著高于对照组的84.0%(P<0.05)。术后1年,观察组的平均气骨导差值为(17.1±1.9)d B,显著低于对照组的(19.6±1.4)d B,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组各项症状改善情况均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用耳屏软骨成形术治疗粘连性中耳炎的效果及预后均较为理想,可有效改善患者的临床症状。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of tragus cartilage tympanoplasty for the treatment of adhesive otitis media. Methods A total of 100 cases of patients with adhesive otitis media admitted to our hospital from May 2013 to June 2015 were randomly selected and divided into two groups, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received ultrared light therapy, while the observation group was given tragus cartilage tympanoplasty. The curative effects of two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 96.0%, significantly higher than 84.0% of control group （P 〈0.05）. 1 year after surgery, the average air-bone gap of observation group was （17.1 ＋ 1.9） dB, significantly lower than （19.6 ~ 1.4） dB of control group （P〈0.05）. The improvements of symptoms of observation group were significantly better than those of control group （all P〈0.05）. Conclusions Tragus cartilage tympanoplasty for the treatment of adhesive otitis media has ideal clinical effect and prognosis, which can effectively improve patients＇ clinical symptoms.
