循证护理在手术室预防压疮中的应用观察

Observation on the Effect of Evidence-Based Nursing to Prevent Pressure Ulcer in Operation Room

目的研究在手术室预防压疮过程中实施循证护理措施的效果。方法选取2015年12月至2016年6月期间在我院进行手术的患者168例,分为观察组和队长各84例。对照组实施一般手术期护理措施,观察组实施循证护理措施,观察两组的压疮发生率与患者满意度。结果观察组的压疮发生率为7.14%,显著低于对照组的17.86%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的护理满意度为91.67%,显著高于对照组的77.38%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在手术室实施压疮预防护理措施,可降低压疮发生率,提高患者满意度。

Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing measures in the prevention of pressure ulcer in operation room. Methods A total of 168 cases of patients with surgery in our hospital from December 2015 to June 2016 were selected and divided into the observation group and control group, with 84 cases in each group. The control group was given general nursing care during operation, while the observation group was given evidence-based nursing measures. The incidence of pressure ulcer and patients＇ satisfaction degree were observed. Results The incidence of pressure ulcer of observation group was 7.14%, significantly lower than 17.86% of control group （P〈0.05）. The patients＇ satisfaction degree to nursing of observation group was 91.67%, significantly higher than 77.38% of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Evidence-based nursing measures applied in operation room can reduce the incidence of pressure ulcer, and improve patients＇ satisfaction degree.
