高血压急症的处理及相关指南解读被引量：3

摘要一、高血压急症定义及诊断在高血压发展过程的任何阶段和其他疾病急症时，可以出现严重危及生命的血压升高，需要做积极处理。《中国高血压防治指南2010》对高血压急症的定义是血压突然和显著升高（一般〉180／120mmHg，1mmHg=0．133kPa），同时伴有进行性心、脑、肾脏等重要靶器官功能不全的表现。
