男性年龄与精液常规参数及精子CFTR表达的关系研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨男性年龄与精子质量及精子中CFTR表达的关系。方法选取2011年3月~8月于笔者医院生殖中心门诊就诊的精液常规参数正常的健康可育男性293例,按照年龄分为3组,A组20—29岁,105例;B组30~39岁,156例;C组≥40岁,32例。进行精液常规分析及精液形态学分析,精子CFTR免疫荧光染色。分析男性年龄与精子质量及CFTR表达间的关系。结果3组精液:体积分别为A组2.56±0.95ml,B组2.45±0.98ml,C组2.28±0.85ml,前向活动力分别为A组77.91%±17.42%,B组77.71%±14.94%,C组77.68%±15.71%,正常形态率分别为A组7.04%±4.52%,B组6.36%±4.31%,C组5.40%±4.22%,精子浓度分别为A组(106.78±65.33)×10^6/ml,B组(111.85±65.70)×10^6/ml,C组(134.59±75.30)×10^6/ml,精子总数分别为A组(291.3±187.9)×10^6,B组(256.9±143.4)×10^6,C组(264.4±170.4)×10^6,CFTR表达率分别为A组34.58%,B组28.32%,C组23.15%,所有常规参数3者间比较差异均无统计学意义(P〉0.05),组间两两比较差异亦无统计学意义(P〉0.05);相关分析显示精子体积、向前活动力、正常形态率、浓度、总数及CFTR表达率均与年龄无关(P〉0.05)。结论随着年龄的增长,精液体积、前向活动力、正常形态率呈下降趋势,精子浓度呈升高趋势,精子总数无明显变化,但均与年龄无相关性。 Objective To explore the correlation between male age, sperm quality and expression of the cystic fibrosis transmembrane conductance regulator. Methods Sperm samples from 293 "healthy" and fertile men(22 -58 years) were collected and were divided into three groups according to the males' age: Group A 20 -29 years( n = 105 ) , Group B 30 -39 years (n = 156) , Group C≥40 years(n = 32). All the routine sperm parameters were normal. Sperm concentration, total number, progressive motility were analyzed by computer assisted sperm assay system. Sperm morphology was analyzed by critical standard. The expression CFTR was conducted by indirect immunofluorescence staining. Results The sperm volume, motility, normal morphology and CFTR expression decreased with age, but there was no significant difference among group A, B and C in sperm volume 2.56 ±0. 95ml, 2.45 ± 0.98ml, 2.28 ±0.85ml, motility 77.91% ±17.42% , 77.71% ±14.94% , 77.68% ±15.71% , normal morphology 7.04% ±4.52% , 6.36% ±4.31% , 5.40% ± 4.22% , CFTR expression 34.58% , 28.32% , 23.15% (P 〉0.05 ). Also there was no significant difference among 3 groups in sperm concentration (106.78±65.33) ×10^6/ml, (111.85 ±65.70) ×10^6/ml, (134.59 ±75.30)×10^6/ml and count (264.4 ± 170.4) ×10^6, (256.9 ±143.4)×10^6, (291.3 ±187.9) ×10^6(p〉0.05). Conclusion There was a tendency that the sperm quality decrease with advance in males' age, but there was no significant difference between sperm quality and males' age.
