摘要
医院信访工作是医院与社会沟通的渠道,是了解患者需求的窗口,是医患沟通的桥梁,做好医院的信访工作,提高社会矛盾的化解能力和水平,对改善医疗作风、提高医疗质量、维护医疗秩序、构建和谐医患关系起着非常重要的作用。按照构建和谐社会的要求,本院高度重视患者的来信来访,不断健全机构、完善制度,使信访工作逐步规范化、制度化,取得初步成效。
Letters and visits service is the platform for acquaintaning patients needs and the channel for doctor-patient communication; it plays an important role in improving medical quality, maintaining medical laws and orders, settling medical disputes and building a hamounious doctor-patient relationship. We pay attention to letters and visits in Beijing Anzhen Hospital, Capital Medical University; multiple measures have been taken to improve and standardize the system.
