Characteristics and Application of Steel-lined PTFE Pipelines

结合对钢衬PTFE管道在化工生产中的应用实践,简单介绍了推压(挤出)管、普通钢丝缠绕管、多层钢丝玻纤缠绕管、膜压管、PTFE糊树脂挤出管及等静压管等国内外目前钢衬PTFE管道制作工艺,比较了各类钢衬PTFE管道的综合性能,以及不同场合钢衬PTFE管道在设计和使用过程中的一些注意事项。

Through having application of steel-lined PTFE pipelines in the chemical production considered, the workmanship at home and abroad for steel-lined PTFE pipes such as the push （extrusion） pipe, ordinarily- used wire spiral tube, multi-layered fiberglass winding tube, membrane pressure tube, PTFE resin paste extru- sion tube and the isostatic pressure tube was introduced and their comprehensive performance were compared, as well as the matters needing attention in designing and applying steel-lined PTFE pipes were presented.
