摘要
根据LNG球阀需要双向密封、双向导通、开关均存在LNG盲区的特点,设计了一种新型超低温压力调节阀并应用于LNG球阀中。在球体处沿轴设置4个单向导通的超低温压力调节阀后,LNG球阀可及时自动双向导出盲区内的LNG,并有效控制阀门两侧的压力平衡,起到既可双向开关,又可双向密封LNG的安全效用,有效降低了阀门设计压力和LNG输送系统的设计压力。
Considering the fact that LNG ball valve asks for a two-way sealing and conduction and the LNG blind zones occur in on/off operation, a new pressure-regulating valve for operation at ultrlow temperatures was designed and applied to LNG ball valves. Through having the four one-way pressure-regulating valve installed along the axis of the ball, the LNG ball valve can timely export LNG from blind zones automatically and bi-di- rectionally and effectively control pressure balance between two sides of the valve. The two-way on/off and sealing can effectively reduce the valve' s design pressure and that of the LNG transmission system.
