摘要
随着我国经济的不断发展,服务专业化分工趋势逐渐显现,我国的专业服务业发展迅速,并逐渐活跃在国际市场上。本文通过总结现有研究,发现满足客户的需求以及实现自身的规模化发展是企业国际化的两大动因,并概括出目前国内专业服务企业进入国际化的三大路径:在海外直接设立分支机构、海外联盟、吸收当地专业服务企业。最后,本文总结了加强企业国际化战略的实施策略,主要从服务企业自身组织结构、服务对象的管理和专业人才培养管理等角度进行归纳,为我国专业服务企业的国际化发展提供有益指导。
Professional service specialization is gaining popularity in both international and domestic markets under the continuous domestic economic development. It is summarized that both client's requirements satisfaction and realization of scale development are the two main motivations of domestic enterprise internationalization,which can be achieved through three methods including overseas branches setup,abroad union and local professional service firms( PSFs) merger and acquisition. At last implementation strategies for enterprise internationalization are summarized,from the perspectives of organization structure,service objects management and professionals cultivation management,which shall provide useful references for the domestic firms.
