高硬度内齿面的精密插齿工艺

Precision Gear Shaping Process of High Hardness Inner Tooth

摘要 分析了高硬度内齿面精密插齿工艺的关键因素;采用碳氮化钛涂层的硬质合金结构插齿刀,实现了高硬度零件内齿面的6级插齿加工;通过试验优化插齿切削参数,提升了零件加工质量和效率,降低了加工成本。 The key causes of the precision gear shaping process of high hardness inner tooth were analyze. the slotting cutter of hard alloy with TiCN was adopted. The six level accuracy of high hardness gear shaping was achieved. The cutting parameters were optimized through experiment. The quality and efifciency of the manufacture were Improved. The production cost was reduced.
