肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年肱骨近端骨折愈合及运动功能的影响

目的：探讨肱骨近端锁定钢板治疗老年肱骨近端骨折患者骨折愈合及运动功能的影响。方法将自2012年3月至2015年3月收治的60例老年肱骨近端骨折患者作为观察对象，随机分为观察组与对照组，每组各30例。对照组患者使用普通钢板治疗，观察组患者使用锁定钢板治疗，对其进行为期1年的随访，比较分析两组患者术后骨折愈合、运动功能及并发症出现情况等。结果观察组患者手术时间及骨折愈合时间显著短于对照组（P〈0.05）；而且观察组患者手术后的肩运动功能评分也显著高于对照组，术后出现并发症几率明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论锁定钢板在治疗老年肱骨近端骨折中具有良好的效果，有效改善了患者的肩运动功能，减少了骨折愈合时间及并发症发生率，是一种较好的治疗方法，值得使用与推广。

ObjectiveTo investigate the treatment of proximal humeral proximal humerus fracture healing and motor function in patients with fractures of the locking plate.MethodsFrom March 2012 to March 2015,60 cases of humeral proximal fractures treated patients as research object,randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ordinary steel the treatment,the observation group was treated with locking plate treatment,were followed for 1 years,a comparative analysis of two groups of patients with postoperative fracture healing,motor function and complications.ResultsIn the observation group,operation time and fracture healing time was significantly shorter than the control group（P〈0.05）;and the observation of motor function in patients with shoulder after surgery was also significantly higher than the control group,postoperative complications were significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.ConclusionsThe locking plate in the treatment of old age Proximal humerus fractures is clinically recommended as it is with good results and can effectively improve the patient＇s shoulder motor function,reduce the time of fracture healing and complications.
