抗早3号方治疗痰热互结型青春期早发育女童的临床分析

目的：观察抗早3号方治疗痰热互结型青春期早发育女童的临床疗效。方法将60例病例随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各30例，观察组采用抗早3号方治疗并予饮食运动指导，对照组仅予饮食运动指导。观察中医证候总积分、生长速率、骨龄变化、体质指数（BMI）、子宫体积、卵巢容积、性激素水平的变化。结果抗早3号方治疗热互结型青春期早发育有较好的疗效，总有效率为90.00%，与对照组相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组能显著改善中医临床证候、BMI值，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。子宫体积、卵巢容积、血清性腺激素水平的比较：观察组治疗前后组内比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）；对照组治疗前后组内比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；两组治疗后组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。骨龄变化、生长速率的比较：两组治疗前后及治疗后组间比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论抗早3号方治疗痰热互结型青春期早发育临床疗效确切，可改善性征、中医临床证候、BMI值、性腺激素水平。

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical therapeutic effect of KangzaoⅢ Granule to treat girl＇s early puberty（EP）.Methods60 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,each group includes 30 cases. Give KangzaoⅢ Granule and diet exercise guidance to treatment group,diet exercise guidanceto control group.To observe the total scores of TCM symptom,growth rate,the change of bone age, body mass index,uterine ovarian volume,gonadal hormone levels of the two groups before and after,compared two groups of curative effects. ResultsKangzaoⅢ Granule has good curative effect in the treatment of phlegmy heat mutual type EP,and total effective rate is 90.00%. there are signifi cant differences between the two groups in the total effective rate（P〈0.05）. KangzaoⅢ Granule has a signifi cant effect in improving the clinical symptoms of TCM and BMI,in both groups after treatment,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.The comparison of the change of uterine ovarian volume,gonadal hormone levels： the treatment group before and after treatment shows signifi cant difference（P〈0.05）,the control group before and after treatment showed no signifi cant difference（P〉0.05）.In both groups after treatment,the difference was signifi cant（P〈0.05）. The comparison of the change of bone age,growth rate：Before and after treatment,two groups show no signifi cant difference（P〉0.05）,and comparison among groups show no signifi cant difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusions KangzaoⅢ Granule has comfi rmed clinical curative effect in the treatment of phlegmy heat mutual type EP girl,can improve sex character,the clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,body mass index and gonadal hormone levels.
