“醒脑开窍”针刺法结合补阳还五汤加味治疗中风偏瘫

目的：观察“醒脑开窍”针刺法结合补阳还五汤加味治疗中风偏瘫临床疗效。方法随机选取100例中风偏瘫患者，运用“醒脑开窍”针刺法结合补阳还五汤加味治疗，治疗方药：以补阳还五汤为基础方，随症加减，1剂/d，水浓煎，取汁250ml/剂，每日分2次早晚饭后服，4周为1个疗程。“醒脑开窍”针刺法：主穴：内关、水沟、三阴交；辅穴：极泉、合谷、委中，主穴和辅穴结合、配合“醒脑开窍”针刺行针手法治疗，治疗2次/d，1个月为1个疗程。患者经过2个疗程的“醒脑开窍”针刺法结合补阳还五汤加味治疗。结果100例中风偏瘫患者治愈20例，占20%；显效48例，占48%；好转22例，占24%；无效10例，占10%；总有效率90%。结论“醒脑开窍”针刺法结合补阳还五汤加味治疗中风偏瘫，促进患者的肢体功能恢复，减低复发率和致残率、改善患者的生存和生活质量，疗效显著，不良反应小，患者易接受，值得临床进一步推广和应用。

Objective To observe the“waking the brain and helping for understanding” “acupuncture method combined with the Buyang Huanwu decoction effect of treating stroke hemiplegia tonga taste.Methods Randomly selected 100 cases of stroke patients with hemiplegia,using the method of＆quot;waking the brain and helping for understanding＆quot; acupuncture combined with the Buyang Huanwu decoction treatment,treatment： the formulas based on t the Buyang Huanwu decoction along with the add and subtract,1/d,water frying,juice 250 ml/agent,points 2 times a day after a meal in the morning and evening,4 weeks for a course of treatment. ＆quot;waking the brain and helping for understanding＆quot; acupuncture method： main point： shut,ditch,three vaginal intercourse;Auxiliary hole： a fountain,or valley,bilateral,main point is combined with auxiliary hole,with ＆quot;awake brain begin to understand＆quot; acupuncture needle manipulation treatment,treatment 2 times/d,1 month for a period of treatment. Patients after 2 courses of ＆quot;awake brain begin to understand＆quot;acupuncture method combined with the Buyang Huanwu decoction treatment.Results Of 100 cases of stroke patients with hemiplegia, 20 cases were cured, accounting for 20%;48 cases had marked effect,accounting for 48%;improvement in 22 cases（24%）,invalid 10 cases（10%）,The total effective rate 90%.Conclusion ＆quot;awake brain begin to understand＆quot; acupuncture method combined with Yang also five tonga taste in the treatment of stroke hemiplegia, promote the function recovery of patients with limb,reduce the recurrence rate and morbidity and improve patient survival and quality of life,curative effect is distinct,less adverse reaction,is easily accepted by patients,is worth further promotion and clinical application.
