多层螺旋CT对肾外伤的诊断价值及临床治疗参考

目的：探讨多排螺旋CT在肾外伤中的影像学表现及相关治疗意义。方法对自2008年1月至2015年1月148例肾外伤患者进行CT确诊的临床资料进行回顾性分析，通过多种多样的CT征象进行精确分类，为后期临床治疗提供参考依据。结果全部接受CT检查的148例肾外伤患者，Sargent分类法，其中88例属于Ⅰ级或Ⅱ级，表现为肾轻度损伤、肾包膜下血肿或肾内血肿；41例属于Ⅲ级，表现为肾挫裂伤；19例属于Ⅳ级或Ⅴ级，表现为肾断裂、肾盂、肾盏撕裂或肾蒂血管撕裂，CT诊断的符合率〉98%。结论对于肾外伤患者轻重分级和损伤范围的诊断，多排螺旋CT具有较高的准确率。同时还能发现其余合并性腹部损伤，为临床治疗提供可靠的参考依据。

ObjectiveTo explore the multislice spiral CT imaging performance in the renal trauma and related treatment.MethodsFrom 2008.1 to 2015.1 our hospital 148 cases of renal trauma patients clinical data were retrospectively analyzed,CT diagnosis of discuss the CT manifestations and clinical value.Results148 cases of renal trauma patients CT scanning,Sargent taxonomy,among them 88 cases belong to levelsⅠorⅡ,characterized by renal injury,renal subcapsular hematoma or renal hematoma;41 cases wasⅢ characterized by renal contusion;19 cases belonged to levelsⅣ orⅤ,characterized by renal rupture,renal pelvis and calyces tearing or renal vascular tear,the accuracy of CT in the diagnosis of〉 98%.ConclusionsFor patients with renal trauma severity classification and diagnosis of damage range,more row spiral CT has very high accuracy.and at the same time also can find the rest of the merger of abdominal injury,providing a reliable reference basis for clinical treatment.
