杭州市健康人群血清胃蛋白酶原参考区间的研究

目的：探讨适合杭州市健康人群及所用测定方法的血清胃蛋白酶原（PG）Ⅰ、PGⅡ、PGⅠ/PGⅡ比值的参考区间。方法使用化学发光微粒子免疫法检测杭州市1782例健康个体血清中PGⅠ、PGⅡ水平，计算PGⅠ/PGⅡ比值，统计95%参考区间，比较不同性别和不同年龄段血清PGⅠ、PGⅡ和PGⅠ/PGⅡ比值的差异。结果血清PG检测结果呈偏态分布，95%参考区间分别为：PGⅠ：23.32~112.29μg/L，PGⅡ：≤23.20μg/L，PGⅠ/PGⅡ：≥2.97。不同性别间PGⅠ/PGⅡ比值含量差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05），〉40岁人群的血清PGⅠ、PGⅡ水平显著高于〈40岁（P〈0.05）。结论本资料探讨了符合杭州市健康人群的PG参考区间，为临床合理应用筛查萎缩性胃炎和胃癌提供参考。

ObjectiveTo establish reference interval of serum PGⅠ,PGⅡ and PGⅠ/PGⅡ ratio among health people in Hangzhou. Methods1782 cases serum from health people were tested of PGⅠ and PGⅡ by Chemiluminescent microparticle immunoassay,PGⅠ/PGⅡ ratio was counted. 95% reference interval was calculated. Difference in PGⅠ、PGⅡ and PGⅠ/PGⅡ among different sex and age groups.Results95%reference interval of PG among health people were PGⅠ：23.32~112.29μg/L,PGⅡ：≤23.20μg/L,PGⅠ/PGⅡ：≥2.97,respectively. Significant difference of PGⅠ/PGⅡ ratio between male and female were not observed（P〉0.05）. Serum levels of both PGⅠ and PGⅡ of above 40 years old people were higher than at age of below 40（P〈0.05）.ConclusionThe reference interval of serum PG of health people in Hangzhou, as we established, could be helpful for screening atrophic gastritis and gastric cancer in clinic.
