神阙穴贴敷预防起搏器术后患者便秘的临床观察

目的：观察神阙穴中药贴敷预防起搏器植入术后便秘的临床疗效，并初步探讨其作用机理。方法将2015年1~12月100例起搏器植入术的患者分为观察组和对照组，每组各50例。对照组采用常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上，给予神阙穴中药贴敷。观察患者术后24h、48h、72h的排便情况。结果对照组24h、48h、72h便秘的发生率分别为14%、32%、44%，观察组24h、48h、72h便秘的发生率分别为6%、12%、18%，两组疗效差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论神阙穴中药贴敷能有效降低起搏器植入术后便秘的发生率。

ObjectiveTo study the clinical effect of Traditional Chinese medicine plaster at Shenque acupoint to prevent constipation post-pacemaker and to discuss the probable mechanism;Methods100 post-pacemaker patients from Jan 2015 to Dec 2015 were divided into control group and treatment group,and 50 patients for each group. The control group was treated with the normal nursing,and the treatment group was added with Traditional Chinese medicine plaster at Shenque acupoint. Then observe the defecation at 24h、48h、72h post-pacemaker.ResultsThe incidence of constipation in control group was respectively 14%、32%、44% at 24h、48h、72h post-pacemaker,and the incidence in the treatment group was respectively 6%、12%、18% at the same timepoit. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine plaster at Shenque acupoint could reduce the constipation incidence of post-pacemaker.
