质量管理在提高患者肠镜检查前肠道准备合格率中的应用

目的：探讨质量管理在提高患者肠镜检查前肠道准备合格率中的应用效果。方法选择2014年7~8月份质量管理前行肠镜检查患者60例作为对照组，2014年10~11月份质量管理后行肠镜检查患者60例作为观察组，比较两组患者在实施质量管理小组前后，肠道准备合格率、患者对护理工作满意度及医生对肠道准备的满意度。结果质量管理后，观察组患者肠道准备合格率为87%，较活动前对照组52%的合格率提高明显，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01），观察组患者对护理工作满意度为97.2%，明显高于对照组的73.2%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。质量管理后医生对肠道准备满意度与肠道准备合格率同步提高。活动前为52%，活动后为87%。差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论质量管理的实施可显著提高患者肠镜检查前肠道准备合格率，提高护理工作质量，提高患者对护理工作满意度，提高医生对肠道准备满意度，促进医患关系、医护关系、护护之间的和谐发展。

Objective To discuss the effect of the quality management in improving patient,s qualified rate of bowel preparation for colonoscopy inspection.Methods From July 2014 to August 2014,60 patients without the implementation of quality endoscopic for colonoscopy check were accepted as control group.October 2014 to November,observation group had 60 patients with the implementation of quality endoscopic. The pass rate for intestinal preparation,patients satisfaction of nursing work and doctors satisfaction of bowel preparation were compared.Results The pass rate was 87% for intestinal preparation in observation group,verus 52% qualifi ed rate in control group,the difference was statistically signifi cant （P〈0.01）. nursing job satisfaction in the observation group was 97.2%,signifi cantly higher than the 73.2% in the control group,the difference was statistically signifi cant（P〈0.01）. the doctor satisfaction of intestinal preparation was increased,observation group is 87% verus the control group was 52%. The difference was statistically signifi cant（P〈0.01）. ConclusionThe implementation of quality management can signifi cantly improve patients with bowel preparation before colonoscopy examination pass rate,improve the quality of nursing work,increase patients satisfaction of nursing work, improve satisfaction for intestinal preparation,promoting the doctor-patient relationship,medical relations,the harmonious development between nursing and nursing.
