我国石化及重大装备发展态势分析

An Analysis of the Trend in China′s Petrochemical and Other Key Equipment Development

2015年,我国石化行业增加值同比增长7.2%,乙烯产量达到1714.5×10~4t,增长1.6%;三大合成材料产量也保持增长态势。＂十三五＂期间,我国石化行业发展面临机遇和挑战,机遇体现在国家出台进口原油使用管理政策及国内石化产品市场需求保持增长态势;挑战则体现在低油价和原料多元化,国家环保要求不断提高,市场竞争主体显著增多,商业模式发生变革等方面。＂十三五＂我国石化行业将继续保持发展态势,到2020年,全国乙烯产能将达3200×10~4t/a,年产量约3000×10~4t;对二甲苯产能将达2200×10~4t/a,产量约1870×10~4t。我国在石化装备方面也取得了一定的成功,例如成功研制了大型乙烯裂解气压缩机、丙烯制冷压缩机、乙烯制冷压缩机、大型裂解炉、乙烯冷箱、乙烯低温球罐、挤压造粒机及大型加氢裂化反应器等。未来,我国石化装备将呈现大型化、高压化、高效化、高硫、高酸化趋势以及新材料、新结构、新工艺、新技术趋势。将继续开展大型通用设备的攻关,发展高端装备制造,促进生产研发和设计、制造一体化,大力提升石油装备的数字化及智能化水平,强化制造基础,努力拓展海外市场。

In 2015,the Chinese petrochemical industry＇s added value increased by 7.2% year on year and ethylene output reached 1714.5 ×10~4t,up 1.6%.Production of synthetic resin,synthetic rubber and synthetic fiber also grew.China＇s petrochemical industry faces both opportunities and challenges during the Thirteenth Five-year Plan period-opportunities are reflected by the release of national policies on the use of imported crude oil and the increase in domestic petrochemical demand and challenges are reflected by low oil prices,diversified raw material sources,increasingly strict environmental requirements,the significant increase in the number of market players and changing business modes.China＇s petrochemical industry will continue to grow during the Thirteenth Five-year Plan period.By 2020,China′ s ethylene production capacity will reach 3200 ×10~4t/a and annual production is expected to reach 3000 ×10~4t.Paraxylene production capacity will reach 2200 ×10~4t/a and annual production will reach about 1870 ×10~4t.China has also made substantial progress in developing petrochemical equipment,including large ethylene cracking gas compressors,propylene refrigeration compressors,ethylene refrigeration compressors,large crackers,ethylene ice chests,ethylene low-temperature spherical tanks,squeezing granulators,large hydrocracking reactors,etc.In the future,petrochemical equipment in China will become increasingly large,high-pressure,efficient,high-sulfur and high-acid and an increasing number of new materials,new structures,new processes and new technologies will be introduced.The petrochemical indus-try will continue to research and develop large general-purpose equipment,develop high-end equipment manufacturing industry,work to promote the integration of research,design and manufacture,strive to increase the level of digital and intelligent oil equipment,consolidate manufacturing foundation and step up effort to explore overseas markets.
