摘要
海上油田开采过程中常有伴生气产出,小型燃气发电设备可有效利用少量伴生气,降低主电站的原油和柴油消耗。常见的小型燃气发电设备主要有往复式燃气发电机组、双燃料发电机组、燃气轮机发电机组等。结合SY/T 6473-2009《石油企业节能技措项目经济效益评价方法》,对小型燃气发电设备的适用性和经济性进行分析。分析结果表明,伴生气日产量2000~5000m^3的海上油田,适合选用微型燃气轮机;伴生气日产量3000~20000m^3,适合选用往复式燃气发电机组;伴生气日产量2×10~4m^3及以上的海上油田,选用轻型燃气轮机可实现伴生气的有效利用;双燃料发电机组对于伴生气日产量低于2×10~4m^3的海上油田尚不能实现经济性利用。
Offshore oilfield production is often accompanied by output of associated gas.Small gas-based pow-er generators can effectively utilize small amounts of associated gas and reduce crude oil and diesel oil con-sumption for the principal power station.Commonly used small gas-based power generators include reciprocat-ing gas-based power generating sets,dual-fuel generating sets and gas turbine generating sets.Based on the SY/T 6473 — 2009 Economic Benefit Assessment Method for Oil Companies'Technical Energy Saving Projects,this article takes a look at the applicability and economics of small gas-based power generators.Analysis shows that mini gas turbines are suitable for offshore oilfields with daily associated gas output ranging from 2000 to 5000m^3,reciprocating gas-based power generating sets are suitable for offshore oilfields with daily as-sociated gas output ranging from 3000 to 20000m^3,and that light gas turbines can help achieve effective utilization of associated gas for offshore oilfields with daily associated gas output of 2 ×10~4m^3 or higher.Offshore oilfields with daily associated gas output lower than 2 ×10~4m^3 are still unable to achieve an economic utilization of dual-fuel generating sets.
