大跨单层铝合金网壳整体静力分析 被引量:1

摘要 大跨度单层网壳结构被广泛应用于大型单体建筑的屋盖结构中,类似于其他结构类型,静力计算分析始终是结构设计分析中不可或缺的一部分,校核结构全过程工作状态。无论服务于哪种结构计算分析的环节,静力分析的作用主要是确定结构中关键节点位移及杆件应力。但是,对于网壳结构这种超高次静定结构,结构变形对其整体稳定性的影响十分显著,一个完整的网壳结构的设计,往往需要进行重复设计和计算过程以达到安全的工作状态。以一个大跨度单层网壳结构为计算分析对象,结论如下:单独对屋盖进行分析网壳跨中最大竖向位移值37.4mm,挠跨比为1/2390。均满足规范对单层网壳最大挠度限值要求;静力和动力都能检查得到的结构存在稳定薄弱环节可见对此大跨度网壳结构的稳定性研究是必要的。 Large-span single-layer reticulated shell structure is widely used in large monomer building roof structure, similar to oth- er type structure, static calculation analysis has always been an integral part of structure design and analysis, checking structure working condition. No matter what kind of structure in the link of calculation and analysis, the static analysis of the role is mainly to determine key nodes' displacement and bar stress of the structure. However, for the indeterminate shell structure, the influence of structure defor- mation on the whole stability is very significant, a complete net shell structure design, design and calculation pl^ocess often need to be repeated in order to achieve safe working condition. By a large-span single-layer reticulated shell structure as analysis object, the con- clusion is achieved:Separate analysis of roof reticulated shells the largest vertical displacement value is 37.4 ram, flexible cross ratio is 1/2390. Meet the specification of single-layer reticulated shell maximum deflection limit; Structure stability weakness can be checked by static and dynamic Analysis, therefore the study of stability of large span reticulated shell is necessary.
