摘要
由植物根系释放的独角金内酯不仅能诱导根寄生植物种子的萌发,还能促进可与植物共生的真菌的菌丝分枝的生长,以促进共生关系的建立。除了这些在根际周围的作用外,新近研究发现独角金内酯还能作为一种新的植物激素调节植物的分枝和侧芽的生长。独角金内酯在植物寄生、共生以及形态塑造等方面的三重生物学功能表明,其在协调植物地上部分和地下部分的生长过程中起着关键的作用。该文对独角金内酯的生物合成、生物学活性等进行了综述,并分析了应用前景。
The release by the plant roots strigolactones can induce root parasitic plant seed germination,but also pro-mote plant symbiosis with fungi(AM fungi,Arbucular Mycorrhizal fungi)in order to promote the growth of myceliumbranching symbiotic relationship.In addition to these effects in the rhizosphere around,the new study found strigolac-tones also as a new plant hormone regulating plant branching and bud growth.Strigolactones in plant parasitic,symbi-otic,and other aspects of the triple form shape that its biological function in the coordination of ground and under-ground parts of plant growth and plays a key role in the process. Strigolactones function of in-depth study,we canpredict a wide range of applications.
