摘要
该研究通过对常州地区水产养殖场不同养殖时段养殖池溏水体UV_(254)和COD值的检测,考察了两者在一个养殖周期内的变化情况,采用线性拟合的方法分析两者在不同养殖时段的相关性。结果表明:在一个养殖周期内,随着养殖时间的延长,水体UV_(254)和COD值均逐渐增大;养殖初期水体,UV_(254)和COD值相关性不显著;随着养殖时间的增加,饵料的投加和水生生物的代谢作用增强,两者相关性越来越显著,养殖中、后期水体,UV_(254)和COD值有较好的正相关性,可通过测量水体UV_(254)值并换算和估计水体COD值。
By detecting different breeding periods water UV_(254) and COD values of aquaculture farms in Changzhou,reviews the changes of them in a breeding cycle,using the methods of liner fitting analysis the correlation betweenUV_(254) and COD values in different breeding periods. The results show that,in a breeding cycle,with the extension ofbreeding time,water UV_(254) and COD values were gradually increased;there is no correlation between UV_(254) and CODvalues in the early aquaculture water;with the breeding time increases,bait dosing and metabolism of aquatic life in-creasing,the correlation between the two increasingly significant,the mid and late aquaculture water,UV_(254) and CODvalues had a good positive correlation,by measuring the UV_(254) value of water can convert and estimate the value ofCOD.
