HD转包生产项目在批生产、上速率的进程中,物资供应的及时性和适时性越来越成为影响项目进程的关键因素之一。项目实施过程中曾因为油漆、密封胶和标准件的供应延迟,导致项目进度拖延,无法满足客户要求,造成了不良的影响。作为项目管理人员,认为有必要开展转包项目供应商管理。
