基于瓷套与复合套管的SF6断路器绝缘性能仿真分析

摘要 本文首先阐述了断路器用瓷套管、绝缘套管在安全性、经济性、技术可行性的区别及使用现状。以550k V敞开式SF6断路器灭弧室为例,进行了灭弧室断口内绝缘及空气外绝缘的二维电场仿真计算,获得分别在相同外径、相同内径、相同厚度条件下,灭弧室全域电场分布、最大场强数值及位置、沿面场强分布。对比分析了基于瓷套和复合套管的SF6断路器灭弧室内外绝缘性能差异。根据仿真分析结果,结构类似的前提下,灭弧室内外绝缘性能相差<5%。满足绝缘性能基础上,就防爆、防污、尺寸等性能,复合套管优于瓷套。 This article introduces the present situation and difference of porcelain and composite bushing used in circuit breaker firstly. Taking arc extinguishing chamber of the 550 k V SF6 circuit breaker as an example, the simulation of insulation performance was quenching. The global distribution of electric field, the maximum field value and position, the surface electric distribution were obtained in the same thickness, inner and outside diameter respectively. The difference of insulation performance of SF6 circuit breaker based on porcelain and composite is compared and analyzed. According to the simulation results, the difference of insulation performance is in5%, when the structure is similar. Except the insulation performance, the composite bushing has advantage over the porcelain,in terms of explosion-proof, anti fouling, size and other properties.
